1. How and from when can I reach customer service?
Our customer service is there for you and will be happy to help you with technical problems and defects. You can find first tips and solutions for your problems at our service partner on the website at http://www.w-support.com/service/zte You can also check the repair status of your phone here.

2. is the Google Play Store available again and can I download or update all apps?
The Google Play Store is again accessible from all ZTE smartphones. App updates can be performed at any time and new apps can be downloaded.
3. when and which updates will be available for the individual smartphones?
We will keep you informed about the current updates available for the respective mobile phones in our posts in the next weeks.
4 When will the German ZTE website be online again?
In the next two weeks the German website will be completely online again with lots of new features- be curious!
